Two Cats Distillery
Two Cats Distillery is a local Adelaide distillery born from the love of Gin and Cats.
Cats have been associated with the distilling industry since it began and were the silent partners protecting them from rodents allowing distillers to get on with the job of creating the spirits we have today.
Wolf Lane Distillery
Welcome to our to azure-blue Coral-Sea-scapes and laidback tropics-lifestyle of Cairns, the colourful heart of the northernmost tip of Australia’s Sunshine State of Queensland.
We’re at the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, where butterflies are as big as birds, and cocktail hour kicks in early on sun-drenched afternoons that give way to blissfully long twilights and balmy nights.
Here’s cheers to gins and liqueurs that are quintessentially Cairns in character, infused with tropical fruits from surrounding plantations and a bounty of exotic native botanicals foraged from the Daintree Rainforest, the 180 million-years-ancient, living wonder in our backyard.
KARU
Launched in 2018 by husband and wife team Nick and Ally, Karu Distillery’S focus has always been to create quality spirits that highlight the science and art of the distillation process.
Karu is one of Australia's most awarded distilleries, in 2021 Lightning gin took out the Trophy for best contemporary gin at the International Wines & Spirits Competition.
NAUGHT
Wicked or classic, cheeky or refined, Naught was created with balance in mind. The distinct and smooth flavours distilled in Naught gin create the most memorable sensation on the palette.
Speargrass
At Speargrass Distillery, we believe spirits are more than just drinks but an experience. Based in the heart of Northern Australia, we’re inspired by the raw beauty, vibrant flavours, and people of the Top End. If you’ve ever visited, you know this region is fun, real, and full of life, and we infuse that same energy into everything we create. From our smooth vodka to our aromatic Arafura Gin, every sip captures the essence of Northern Australia.
NEVER NEVER DISTILLERY
From 16 sqm in the back of a shed to a hilltop vista in McLaren Vale, Never Never is the story of three mates who set out to push the boundaries of the global gin industry through flavour innovation and a bold fearless attitude. It’s this commitment to flavour that has made Never Never Australia’s most recommended and celebrated gin by bartenders, winning countless awards for quality and consistency.
By 2020 they relocated from their city warehouse to a spot beneath the stars at Chalk Hill in McLaren Vale with a firm vision of building Australia’s biggest gin brand.
STREAKY BAY DISTILLERY
Meet Streaky Bay Distillers, a family-owned distillery nestled on South Australia's picturesque Eyre Peninsula. Founded in 2022, we specialise in crafting small-batch gin and vodka that capture the essence of our coastal surroundings. Led by distillers Tony (a commercial diver) and Rebecca (an ex Midwife and Nurse) our family team brings creativity and technical precision to our craft, resulting in unique spirits that tell the story of our region.

Here at Distil on the Hill we have a passion for craft spirits and love all things gin.
Our carefully selected range of beautiful botanicals, fresh local citrus, organic Macedonian juniper and fire-roasted pepper is lovingly hand-blended with an ultra-premium grape base spirit made with 100% Australian grown Barossa Valley grapes.
FORTY SPOTTED GIN
Our island home is bursting at the seams with inspiration and natural botanicals. From the iconic Tassie Bush Honey to the distinctive aroma of Tasmanian Pepperberry, Wild Rose, and refreshing Citrus, add a taste of summer to your glass with Forty Spotted Gin.
